What you'll do

As a Team Lead, you will initially be involved in planning and executing the launch of the fulfillment center, ramping up operations to meet processing capacity. Your role will include mentoring associates to ensure they follow standard work practices, maintaining safety and quality at all times. You will be responsible for driving results and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time and with the highest quality.

You will collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency, leveraging your strong execution skills to tackle challenges as they arise. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
