What you'll do

As a Team Lead, you will initially be involved in planning and executing the launch of the fulfillment center, ramping up the site to the necessary processing capacity. You will oversee the daily operations, ensuring that all processes are followed meticulously to meet customer expectations. Your role will involve mentoring process associates, guiding them in their tasks, and fostering a culture of safety and quality within the team.

You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
