Who you are

You have a strong background in technology integration and project management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, allows you to effectively lead initiatives that enhance post production workflows. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with various teams and vendors.

Your experience includes evaluating and implementing emerging technologies that drive automation and efficiency in production processes. You are adept at creating documentation and training materials to facilitate the onboarding of new technologies and workflows. You thrive in environments where you can bridge the gap between technical teams and production staff, ensuring that solutions are both innovative and practical.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Studios Technology teams and Post Executives to design and implement cloud-based workflows that support post production operations across various content types. You will evaluate new technologies and identify automation opportunities that can streamline processes and improve efficiency. As the primary liaison between post production teams and technology vendors, you will manage relationships and ensure that vendor performance meets studio standards.

You will lead the onboarding process for new shows into post production applications, creating comprehensive training programs to ensure smooth adoption. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting technical issues and providing ongoing support to both internal teams and external partners. By driving the adoption of cutting-edge applications, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall production process at Amazon Studios.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $164,500.00 - $222,600.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
