You have experience in transactional and technology licensing, which will be crucial for supporting Amazon Leo's ground infrastructure services and operations teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be embedded with the Amazon Leo's ground infrastructure services and operations teams, focusing on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a range of agreements necessary for constructing and operating satellite gateways. You will counsel the business team on legal issues related to Amazon Leo’s ground infrastructure and field services, ensuring that the team can move quickly while addressing risk. Your responsibilities will include developing processes that allow for flexibility in business operations while maintaining compliance with legal standards. You will also be required to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support the business.
