You are proactive in identifying and implementing security best practices, serving as a subject matter expert for facility management.

What you'll do

As a Loss Prevention Specialist at Amazon, you will lead the security efforts in a designated fulfillment center, ensuring the protection of lives, buildings, equipment, inventory, data, and intellectual property. You will track and report on key performance metrics, driving performance improvements to meet or surpass objectives aligned with the security service model. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and processes.

You will serve as a liaison between the security department and facility management, keeping them informed about key issues and strategies. Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methods, you will drive process improvements and promote a culture of performance excellence among security services team members.
