What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the engineering efforts to build services that deliver personalized content recommendations at scale — your work will directly impact how millions of Prime Video customers discover new content. You will be responsible for system design, prototyping new ML solutions, and planning A/B experiments to demonstrate customer value. Your role will involve continuous experimentation and leveraging state-of-the-art ML technologies to enhance the Prime Video experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to define the technical roadmap for the Prime Video Recommendations space. Your insights will help shape the future of content discovery on the platform, ensuring that customers receive the most relevant and delightful recommendations. You will also mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
