What you'll do

As a Market Manager, you will own a territory of offline retail stores, managing the Amazon in-store experience and merchandising. You will execute and manage in-store product transitions and retailer communications, ensuring that the Amazon brand is represented effectively in all retail accounts. Your role will involve training sales associates on various Amazon products, including Echo, Ring, and Fire Tablets, to enhance customer engagement and advocacy.

You will be responsible for collecting market insights to inform strategies and improve the in-store experience. Your ability to work collaboratively with retail partners will be crucial in driving project deliverables and achieving sales goals. You may also participate in overnight travel to execute store visits in neighboring markets and attend team meetings, conferences, and training events.
