What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Consumer Insights and Research agenda, acting as the main point of contact with Amazonβs Central Consumer Insights team in Florida. You will translate data into actionable marketing and product strategies that resonate with Mexican customers. You will own brand equity and positioning for Amazon Payments Mexico, managing agency relationships and overseeing the creative strategy for campaigns across various media, including TV, digital, and social platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing media strategies that enhance brand awareness, consideration, and trial phases, ensuring that all campaigns reflect a deep understanding of the local market. You will also manage the full marketing budget, ensuring that every peso invested delivers measurable business impact. Your role will require you to inspire internal and external teams, translating insights into creative actions that drive results.
