What you'll do
As a Marketing Manager at Amazon, you will lead the marketing efforts for the Private Brands team, focusing on new product launches and branded activations. You will develop and simplify the marketing pipeline for new products, collaborating with the New ASIN Health & Growth and North America Stores Marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies. Your role will involve managing branded activation workstreams and category flip initiatives to enhance product visibility and drive conversion rates.
You will be responsible for analyzing customer engagement metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement. By leveraging your marketing expertise, you will implement solutions that enhance the discoverability of Amazon's private brands. Your strategic initiatives will play a crucial role in setting new standards of excellence across the organization, ensuring that every customer touchpoint reflects the brand's commitment to quality and trust.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $109,100.00 - $160,000.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
