Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in commissioning and program development, particularly in mechanical systems within critical infrastructure. Your background includes leading commissioning programs and ensuring quality control across large-scale deployments. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with senior engineers and external vendors to drive standardization and improve processes.
You possess a strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and Integrated System Testing (IST). Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting is complemented by your hands-on approach to engineering, allowing you to produce both detailed technical work and high-level program designs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between various engineering teams and external commissioning vendors, ensuring the successful implementation of the commissioning program. You will research and develop methodologies that enhance the quality and efficiency of AWS data centers. Your responsibilities will include establishing testing protocols, driving standardization across sites, and leading initiatives that mitigate costs and schedules.
You will also be responsible for producing detailed technical documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Data Center Capacity Delivery organization.
