Desirable

Experience with AutoCAD is a plus, as it will help you in the installation and maintenance of automated packaging and distribution equipment. Your ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly will be invaluable in this role.

What you'll do

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated systems within Amazon's operations. You will work closely with the Operations Maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally, contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will need to communicate effectively with engineers and other maintenance staff to address any technical challenges that arise.
