Who you are
You are a skilled Mechatronics & Robotics Technician with a strong background in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You have experience with automated packaging and distribution equipment, and you are eager to develop your skills further while mentoring junior technicians in their roles. You understand the importance of reliability and efficiency in operations, and you are committed to ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly to meet customer demands.
You possess a solid understanding of mechatronics principles and have hands-on experience with robotics systems. Your technical skills allow you to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, ensuring minimal downtime in operations. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and improve processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various automated systems within Amazon's facilities. You will work closely with the Operations Maintenance team to ensure that all material handling equipment is functioning optimally. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing equipment malfunctions, performing routine maintenance, and implementing improvements to enhance system reliability.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that Amazon is known for, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and accurately to customers.
