You are skilled in coordinating with various authorities and managing sensitive cases related to workplace incidents. You have a strong understanding of Spanish legislation regarding occupational health and safety, and you are passionate about fostering a culture of health and safety within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct health examinations and provide medical assistance, including evaluations and first aid. You will participate in the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) team, analyzing risks and proposing improvements to enhance employee health. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with authorities and external prevention services regarding workplace accidents and investigations. You will also prepare epidemiological reports and proactive health improvement programs while ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation. Additionally, you will implement training programs in safety and ergonomics, promoting health awareness among management and employees.
