Amazon is hiring an Account Manager for their Smart Commerce team to manage high-value seller accounts and optimize advertising initiatives. You'll work closely with various teams to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Your experience in account management has equipped you with the skills to serve as a primary point of contact for high-value seller accounts, ensuring their advertising initiatives are successful.
You possess analytical skills that allow you to analyze campaign performance against key metrics, identifying and implementing optimizations that help advertisers meet their business goals. Your ability to monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and insights is crucial in this role. You are also adept at troubleshooting technical issues and responding promptly to advertiser queries, collaborating with internal teams to develop effective solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a portfolio of high-value seller accounts, serving as their primary point of contact for advertising initiatives. You will analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify and implement optimizations that help advertisers meet their business goals. Monitoring and communicating campaign progress through regular activity reports and insights will be a key responsibility.
You will troubleshoot technical issues and respond promptly to advertiser queries, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions. Working cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams will be essential to resolve issues affecting advertiser performance. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve SmartBiz and Buy with Amazon products based on customer feedback and competitive analysis, preparing documentation on best practices to achieve the best results for our customers.
