Who you are

You have a strong background in applied science and machine learning, with experience in designing and executing experiments that measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Your expertise in statistical analysis and data analysis allows you to isolate causal effects and provide actionable insights. You are proficient in Python and SQL, enabling you to build robust measurement frameworks that can scale across multiple campaigns. You understand the importance of audience-based marketing and have a keen interest in how targeted strategies can influence customer behavior. You are a collaborative team player, eager to work closely with business leaders and senior scientists to drive marketing strategy.

Desirable

Experience with lifecycle marketing and cohort-based analysis is a plus. Familiarity with various marketing channels and their effectiveness will enhance your contributions to the team. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the measurement end-to-end for lifecycle marketing campaigns, designing experiments such as randomized controlled trials and geo-tests to assess campaign effectiveness. You will build measurement frameworks and establish best practices that work across different activation platforms. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that experimental standards are met, providing the evidence needed to guide marketing strategy and investment decisions. You will analyze data to answer critical questions about targeting strategies and creative approaches, optimizing marketing spend across channels.
