Amazon is hiring a Brand Specialist for their Consumables Retail team in Mexico City. You'll drive growth for selected brands and enhance customer experience on Amazon.com.mx through data-driven insights and vendor management. Who you are

You are a data-driven and customer-obsessed individual with a knack for building strong business relationships. As a Brand Specialist, you will own selected brands, contributing to their growth and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx. You thrive in a hands-on environment and are creative in your approach to problem-solving. Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify business inefficiencies and propose effective solutions. You are comfortable with new technologies and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Your experience in vendor management will be crucial as you onboard new vendors and help grow the selection of products available on Amazon.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be fully involved in all business functions of your brands, including onsite marketing, vendor relation management, and in-stock management. You will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors, acting as the main point of contact for them. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed weekly reports on brand performance and making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns. You will also drive business growth by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement in operational processes. Ensuring high-quality product detail pages and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction will be key to your success.
