You are a motivated individual with a passion for developing innovative solutions in logistics. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can represent Amazon Drop-off & Pick-up with partners and drive sustainable account growth. Your ability to manage cross-functional project teams and execute complex projects across multiple organizations is key to your success. You are data-driven and continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks, ensuring the best results for customers.

You have experience in managing performance metrics and preparing operational business reviews for senior management. Your analytical skills allow you to generate and analyze reports effectively, contributing to the overall success of the transportation network. You are curious and eager to learn, ready to take on exciting new challenges that come your way.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing mechanisms and tools to enable scalable and efficient partner engagement. You will manage new countries to scale-ready states, leading initiatives to optimize for scale, schedule, and cost. Your day-to-day tasks will involve contacting partners to establish commercial relationships and tracking partner engagement and registration.

You will prepare and deliver data-driven operational business reviews to senior management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress and performance. Your role will require you to continuously seek improvements in processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency. You will work closely with various teams, including Operations, Business Development, and Finance, to ensure alignment and success across the board.
