You are a motivated individual with a strong background in business operations and transportation management. You have experience managing strategies for expansion, particularly in complex environments like Brazil's transportation network. You thrive in environments that require collaboration with multiple stakeholders and are adept at using business intelligence tools to identify strategic opportunities.

You possess a keen understanding of performance metrics and how to analyze them to improve processes. Your ability to work backwards from customer feedback ensures that you can provide product and process improvements that enhance the customer experience. You are comfortable navigating complex data science models and can effectively communicate your findings to various teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the strategy for expanding Pickup and Drop-off Points in Brazil, ensuring that the network operates efficiently and meets customer needs. You will analyze performance metrics and work with big data to identify opportunities for improvement. Your responsibilities will include coordinating go-to-market plans with global stakeholders and extracting data to pinpoint customer pick-up expansion opportunities. You will also create and plan expansion waves to achieve the best results for customers, continuously seeking to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks.

You will generate and analyze reports that inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring that all aspects of the transportation network are aligned with Amazon's customer-centric approach. You will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that not only enhance operational efficiency but also improve the overall customer experience.
