What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing transportation execution across Amazon's supply chain network. You will work closely with business and operations teams to resolve customer escalations and analyze historical results to drive improvements. Your focus will be on enhancing visibility tools and methods to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

You will monitor network performance and identify trends in exceptions, proposing changes to processes as needed. Your role will involve significant data analysis to ensure that transportation operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will act as a point of contact for managing route plans, scheduling, and payments for last-mile stations in various regions.
