What you'll do

As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing route plans, scheduling, and payments for last-mile stations across LATAM and AMET regions. You will collaborate with business and operations teams to resolve customer escalations and ensure smooth transportation execution. Your role will involve significant analysis of network data to identify trends and propose process changes that enhance operational efficiency.

You will play a critical role in the Network Operations Center (NOC), acting as a single point of contact for transportation execution across multiple geographies. Your contributions will directly impact Amazon's ability to serve customers on time, making your role essential to the overall success of the supply chain.
