Compliance Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with experience in developing and maintaining governance documents. You understand business processes and regulations, and you can identify root causes of issues effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to produce data-driven narratives that inform leadership about risk levels and mitigations. You are comfortable coaching non-risk professionals on best practices in risk management and can manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.

You value ownership and have the ability to dive deep into issues to produce insightful analysis. You are intellectually flexible and possess sound business judgment, which helps you navigate complex compliance landscapes. You are proactive in identifying and tracking key risk indicators, ensuring that internal data integrity is maintained.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take first-line program level ownership, which includes managing product risk, business continuity, and third-party risk. You will identify and develop appropriate data sources that contribute to risk-based assessments, ensuring that policies and procedures are updated annually as necessary. You will perform operational deep dives on processes and systems, collaborating with partners to understand and mitigate risks effectively.

You will be responsible for developing detailed, data-driven narratives to inform leadership and Board members about risk levels and impacts. Your role will involve breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results in a global environment. You will also coach non-risk professionals on key elements of risk management best practices, fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
