You have at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, which has equipped you with the skills to manage and analyze data effectively. You are adaptable and can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the role. Your ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods demonstrates your physical readiness for the job. You are committed to creating a safe working environment and are proactive in identifying safety opportunities across your work area.

You have experience managing teams and training associates, which allows you to deliver the best service for customers. Your strong communication skills enable you to provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of fulfilling customer orders in line with quality and safety guidelines.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee shift management in one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key performance areas, such as process readiness and safety. Your responsibilities will include adjusting labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts. You will continuously analyze logistics and supply chain challenges, using data to drive innovation and process optimization.

You will play a key role in cultivating a positive work environment, managing and training associates to help them succeed in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, contributing to the overall success of Amazon Operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and quality, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
