You have a strong understanding of contractual terms and the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes — your experience in contract management has equipped you with the skills to draft and negotiate a variety of agreements effectively. You possess excellent written and oral communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Your tech-savvy nature means you are comfortable leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and simplify processes. You are organized and detail-oriented, with a self-starting work ethic that drives you to take initiative in your role. What you'll do
In this role, you will draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including services agreements and licensing deals, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met while supporting the growth of the Alexa business. You will oversee a contracts database and provide business-facing guidance, developing and maintaining contract templates and training materials to streamline operations. Your strategic contracting advice will be invaluable to business team members across multiple departments, helping them navigate the complexities of contract management. You will also drive continuous process improvement initiatives, utilizing contract tooling and AI to enhance efficiency. As a subject matter expert, you will serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the contracting process.
