Who you are
You are an exceptional Contracts Manager with a strong focus on operational excellence at scale. You take pride in your ability to manage high-volume contracting processes, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements. Your curiosity drives you to expand your expertise across new legal areas, ensuring that you stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
You have a solid understanding of corporate governance and compliance, which allows you to support Board of Directors logistics and manage entity compliance effectively. Your experience in stock plan administration will be invaluable as the company continues to mature and grow. You thrive in a high-growth fintech environment and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact on the retirement industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the high-volume contracting process, ensuring that all agreements are executed efficiently and in compliance with legal standards. You will maximize the capabilities of our AI-powered contract management system, Evisort, to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency. Your responsibilities will include building contracting processes and training programs that prepare the organization for next-level operations.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the company operates within legal frameworks. Your role will also involve supporting the corporate governance function, which includes managing logistics for Board meetings and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As you grow in this position, you will have the opportunity to shape the contracting processes and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
