You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in affiliate marketing, where you've successfully led campaigns that drive business growth. Your strong analytical skills allow you to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions that align with broader brand strategies.
You possess a deep understanding of performance marketing trends and have experience managing budgets effectively. Your ability to foster relationships with agency partners and internal teams ensures that marketing strategies are executed flawlessly.
You are adept at building content and copy strategies that resonate with affiliate partners, working closely with creative teams to ensure alignment. Your experience in tracking commissions and communicating budget updates demonstrates your attention to detail and organizational skills.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Influencer and PR teams, to unlock new business opportunities. Your communication skills enable you to present performance recaps to leadership, outlining key drivers and opportunities for growth.
Desirable
Experience with influencer marketing and PR strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and SEMrush. A background in e-commerce or retail marketing will also be beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the affiliate marketing strategies for both Zappos and Shopbop, ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall marketing goals. You will be responsible for tracking commissions and flat fees, providing regular updates to planners across both organizations.
You will partner with agencies to manage performance goals and identify new strategies to drive business growth. Collaborating with the Influencer and PR teams, you will work to align marketing efforts and unlock new opportunities for the business.
Your role will also involve building out content and copy strategies for use with affiliate partners, ensuring that all materials are engaging and effective. You will provide weekly performance recaps to leadership, highlighting key drivers of the business and areas for further exploration.
Additionally, you will support the Head of Digital Media in developing broader strategy documents for leadership, focusing on new initiatives that can enhance the affiliate marketing program. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future direction of digital marketing efforts at Amazon.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $86,700.00 - $151,700.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
