Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fashion retail or e-commerce sectors — your expertise lies in transforming customer insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and loyalty. You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in data analysis tools and visualization platforms, allowing you to translate complex customer data into business strategies that yield measurable improvements.

Your collaborative mindset enables you to work effectively across various departments, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Technology. You have a proven track record of influencing senior leadership through data-driven presentations and strategic recommendations, showcasing your exceptional communication abilities. You are customer-obsessed and understand the dynamics of retail, which helps you shape customer-centric initiatives.

Desirable

Experience in CRM and loyalty strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with customer behavior analytics. A background in the fashion retail industry will be beneficial, but strong customer strategy experience from other sectors is also valuable.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will drive the customer strategy for Zappos, shaping how the company understands and engages with its customer base.
