Amazon is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Global Stores Communications team. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and organize events for Director-level leaders. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Who you are

You are a highly organized and intuitive Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leaders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You understand the importance of discretion when handling confidential information and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities with ease. Your creativity and initiative in problem-solving make you a valuable partner to the team. You have a proven track record of maximizing team efficiency and productivity, serving as a primary point of contact between team members and leadership.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage complex calendars for three Director-level leaders, prioritizing meetings and ensuring that all scheduling needs are met across multiple time zones. You will coordinate both international and domestic travel arrangements, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly. Organizing large-scale events and meetings will be a key responsibility, as you drive key team activities such as staff meetings and morale events. You will also be responsible for completing expense reports proactively, tracking and managing budgets effectively. Your role will involve fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members, business partners, and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
