What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting internal team members at Whole Foods and Amazon through various channels, including phone calls, tickets, in-person interactions, and chat support. You will engage in systems analysis, installation, and customization of applications, ensuring that all technology used by team members is running smoothly. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure issues, allowing you to provide timely and effective solutions.

You will partner with business stakeholders to address escalations and ensure that all technical issues are resolved efficiently.
