What you'll do

As a Mission Operations Engineer, you will own and execute the operational success of payload and bus functions at a systems level — this involves coordinating with engineering teams across ground, network, and space systems to achieve optimal performance. You will prepare for each launch and on-orbit demonstrations, ensuring that all operational rehearsals are conducted effectively.

Your role will focus on driving automation and operational excellence — you will identify areas for improvement and initiate changes to enhance the productivity of the satellite fleet and optical network. You will develop and perform analyses on system data, ensuring that the constellation functions at peak performance with minimal manual intervention.
