Who you are
You are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in managing teams. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and performance in a fast-paced environment. You have a knack for engaging your team and ensuring they meet their goals during their shifts. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts. You thrive in environments that can be loud and subject to variable temperatures.
What you'll do
As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, supporting, mentoring, and motivating them to achieve their best performance. You will manage key operational metrics including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high levels of engagement and performance within your team, ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $90,900.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
