What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, engaging them during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives. Your role will involve managing workflows across the first, middle, and last miles of operations, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met.

You will be responsible for motivating your team, managing productivity, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and achieving operational goals. You will also be involved in lifting and moving products as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations.
