Who you are

You have experience in electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering, with a strong focus on maintenance and troubleshooting. Your background includes managing facility and administrative activities, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You are dedicated to supporting production in a safe and customer-focused manner, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in every task you undertake.

You possess the ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, and lighting systems. Your expertise extends to relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components, including photo eyes, motor starters, and proximity sensors. You understand the importance of energy consumption readings and are proactive in managing energy efficiency within the facility.

Your experience includes coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC, ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in a timely manner. You are familiar with conducting regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers, as well as performing minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes and fixtures. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of overall facility and administrative activities, ensuring that all technical checks are performed according to the PPM schedule. You will attend TT calls for corrective maintenance and coordinate with vendors for necessary repairs and services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems, as well as performing regular electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.

You will be responsible for providing daily reports on TT closures and open cases, ensuring that all issues are tracked and resolved efficiently. You will also manage tools inventory updates and oversee PPM schedule maintenance. Your role will require you to handle soft services activities, including pest control and housekeeping, ensuring that the facility remains clean and operational.

You will work closely with agency staff and oversee their activities during your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors will be crucial in maintaining a smooth operation.
