You have a strong background in facility management and administration, with experience in overseeing technical maintenance schedules and vendor coordination. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems allows you to troubleshoot effectively and ensure operational efficiency. Your technical skills include the ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, and various control components. You are familiar with energy consumption monitoring and have experience with maintenance tasks related to conveyor systems and other operational equipment. You understand the importance of regular checks and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of overall facility and administrative activities, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule. Your responsibilities will include attending technical calls for corrective maintenance and coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty or annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all conveyor systems, as well as performing regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers. Your role will also involve minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes and fixtures, ensuring that the facility remains in top condition. You will provide daily reports on maintenance activities, including closures and open cases, and maintain an updated inventory of tools.
