What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, supporting and mentoring them to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives and ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

You will manage the workflow of operations, which includes overseeing the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes. Your role will involve engaging with your team to ensure they are motivated and focused on delivering exceptional service to customers. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
