What you'll do
As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will lead a team of both salaried and hourly employees, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. You will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts and maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and partner with other leaders to balance workloads effectively. Your role will also involve managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring that customer expectations are met consistently. You will play a key role in driving improvements in operational workflows, focusing on the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes.
What we offer
