What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, ensuring they are engaged and performing at their best during their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics, including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to develop plans that align with business objectives. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer expectations and ensuring that orders are delivered on time and to the correct location. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance and providing feedback to help your team grow and succeed.
