What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly associates, supporting, mentoring, and motivating them during their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Your role will involve collaborating with support teams to ensure that all operational workflows are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring that your team adheres to safety protocols. You will also play a crucial role in managing the workflow across the first mile, middle mile, and last mile of operations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
