Overview

Amazon is hiring a Process Improvement Specialist to oversee associate training programs and enhance employee development. You'll work closely with site leadership to identify training needs and improve learning content. This role requires strong coaching and analytical skills.

You have a strong background in training and development, with experience in managing end-to-end training programs. You understand the importance of employee development and are passionate about helping others improve their skills and advance their careers. You possess excellent coaching abilities and can motivate your team to achieve their goals. You are data-driven and can analyze performance issues to enhance training effectiveness. You thrive in collaborative environments and can build strong relationships with site leadership and network teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the associate training programs at your site, ensuring that new starters and current employees quickly develop the necessary skills to excel in their roles. You will coach trainers to enhance their effectiveness and support them in developing career plans. Collaborating with site leadership, you will assess and prioritize development needs, matching them with existing learning content. You will also identify gaps in training materials and work with network teams to innovate and improve content. Gathering customer feedback on training initiatives will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will taking a data-driven approach to understand and address performance issues.
