Esri is hiring a Senior Process Improvement Consultant to lead and facilitate advanced process improvement initiatives. You'll leverage your technical expertise to drive transformational improvements and mentor colleagues. This role requires a strong background in process design and stakeholder management.

You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement, capable of identifying and delivering transformational changes within an organization. Your technical expertise allows you to analyze complex business processes and implement effective solutions that align with organizational goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, mentoring colleagues and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

You possess strong stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build consensus and influence decision-makers at all levels. Your ability to advocate for process improvement initiatives ensures that you can facilitate buy-in for transformational change. You are passionate about driving innovation and continuously improving services, such as kaizen events and innovation sprints.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of new process improvement services, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational objectives. You will serve as a lead consultant on complex projects, providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, modeling, and redesigning complex business processes using advanced tools and techniques to deliver measurable improvements.

You will actively participate in and help shape the cross-divisional Community of Practice, sharing knowledge and facilitating workshops to drive the adoption of process improvement methodologies. Your role will also involve championing a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
