Who you are
You have a strong background in procurement operations, ideally with experience in managing site procurement responsibilities. Your expertise includes forecasting, inventory management, and supplier management, allowing you to drive efficiencies and improvements in procurement processes. You are skilled in developing relationships with stakeholders and aligning procurement strategies with organizational goals.
You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics reporting effectively. Your ability to understand and address deviations in procurement processes is crucial for success in this role. You are a proactive leader who can collaborate with internal customers, finance, and procurement operations to achieve budgetary targets and define savings.
What you'll do
As a Regional Procurement Manager, you will own the site’s procurement operation responsibilities, including forecasting of non-inventory products and inventory management. You will lead supplier management efforts, ensuring that KPIs are met and that procurement processes are efficient and effective. Your role will involve creating and managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory flow, and developing space models to optimize procurement operations.
You will work closely with the Procurement Operations Manager to align procurement strategies with the building's leadership team. This collaboration will help drive efficiencies and improvements in procurement processes. You will also be responsible for developing deep knowledge of non-inventory items and sharing best practices across similar buildings.
In addition, you will manage related KPIs to measure and control procurement processes, creating recurring metrics reports to benchmark performance. Building strong relationships across the organization will be essential as you align with internal customers and stakeholders to understand budgetary targets and develop methods for measuring savings and value.
