Who you are

You have solid experience in strategic procurement and negotiation, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment — you understand complex economic models and see procurement as a lever for value and performance. You are comfortable working in an international and multicultural context, with fluency in both French and English, and Portuguese being a plus. Your data-driven and pragmatic approach allows you to build and structure processes, tools, and organizations effectively.

What you'll do

As the Strategic Procurement Manager at Swile, you will pilot strategic sourcing and multi-category negotiations in a rapidly evolving tech environment. You will negotiate complex economic models such as SaaS, usage-based, and revenue share agreements, generating measurable savings and securing risks while creating business value. You will also be responsible for structuring a center of excellence for procurement, which includes training teams, developing tools, and establishing processes and playbooks. Your role will involve improving and deploying the P2P tool (Payflows) in close collaboration with Finance and business teams, acting as a growth lever, particularly in the Travel sector through partnership negotiations and revenue-generating models. You will work closely with the Supply Chain to align sourcing, production, and supplier strategy, ensuring that procurement is positioned as a strategic business partner at Swile.
