Your ability to monitor operations performance and work with teams such as 3P Carriers, Customer Service, and Seller Support enables you to address performance issues and ensure that metrics are met. You are skilled at gathering and analyzing seller feedback to develop improvement suggestions, and you work closely with Product Managers to implement solutions that enhance the seller experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring operations performance and collaborating with various teams to address seller-reported issues. You will drive the resolution of operational tickets that impact sellers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you gather seller contacts and feedback, which will inform your suggestions for improving the seller experience. You will partner with product management teams to identify long-term delivery and fulfillment features that enhance the overall customer experience on the Amazon platform.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that operational metrics are within goals, and you will work diligently to solve issues that arise in the delivery and fulfillment processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with sellers and internal teams will be key to your success in this position. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of strategies that improve operational efficiency and enhance the seller experience.
