Who you are

You have experience in project management, particularly in logistics or operations, and possess the ability to resolve conflicts between stakeholders effectively. You understand the intricacies of warehouse management systems and can identify necessary improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

You are skilled in gathering information from operational staff to ensure that the needs of the logistics process are met and can communicate these needs clearly to development teams. Your strong communication skills enable you to bridge the gap between technical and operational departments, ensuring smooth project execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage projects aimed at adding new features and improving the Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will coordinate with overseas system development and operations departments to organize tasks leading to implementation and manage project progress effectively.

You will be responsible for identifying which system improvements are necessary based on the flow of goods from order to warehouse operations. Your role will involve working closely with external logistics partners to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
