You possess advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, and are proficient in SQL, allowing you to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify predictors and causes of business-related problems, leading to innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Your strong communication skills allow you to build relationships and collaborate with various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned towards common goals. You are adept at defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, showcasing your commitment to continuous improvement.

What you'll do
