What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute strategic initiatives within the AMXL JP program management team. You will collaborate with various functions, including delivery station operations, account management, tech, retail, and customer service teams, to understand and improve large-scale programs. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, outlining key milestones, and ensuring that deliverables are met. You will act quickly to address immediate challenges while also planning for long-term program changes that benefit the organization. Your ability to influence others without authority will be critical as you drive change and improve processes across the network.
