What you'll do

As an Operations Manager in the AMXL team, you will be responsible for managing the operational metrics of partner delivery companies. You will work closely with these partners to enhance delivery quality, implement additional services, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your role will involve integrating local delivery networks with Amazon's technology to create a seamless national delivery network.

You will lead initiatives aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the delivery process, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will drive projects that enhance service delivery and strengthen relationships with delivery partners.
