What you'll do

As a Data Center Project Manager at Amazon, you will lead critical infrastructure improvement projects aimed at optimizing the utilization of space, power, and cooling within AWS data centers. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring adherence to safety and security standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, including software, hardware, and network engineers, to ensure that all project requirements are met.

You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and any potential risks. Your expertise in AWS infrastructure will be crucial as you work to enhance the operational efficiency of data centers globally. You will also be involved in developing and implementing best practices for project management within the CPI team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
