What you'll do
In this role, you will lead quality assurance activities for Amazon's grocery products, ensuring they are consistently produced and delivered to meet quality standards. You will monitor product performance post-launch, conduct trend analysis, and identify customer complaints to facilitate product and process improvements. Your role will involve collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to maintain quality expectations and drive initiatives that enhance product quality.
You will also be responsible for establishing robust quality performance reporting mechanisms, aligned with the Worldwide Product Quality team, to track program, product, and supplier performance metrics. Your ability to analyze data and provide insights will be crucial in influencing upstream product and supplier decisions.
