Who you are

You have a strong background in quality management, ideally with experience in the food and beverage industry. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor product performance and identify trends from large data sets, ensuring that products meet quality expectations. You are resourceful and creative, eager to learn new tools and systems to drive automation and simplify data management. You thrive in collaborative environments and are customer-obsessed, always looking for ways to maintain customer trust in the brands and products you oversee.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively drive activities across multiple stakeholder teams, including Product Management, Sourcing, Product Development, Food Safety, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations. Your ability to facilitate process improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams is key to your success in this role. You are self-motivated and enjoy using data to drive improvements, ensuring that quality expectations are consistently met.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are consistently produced and delivered to customers according to quality expectations. You will monitor product performance of launched products and manage trend analysis and escalation mechanisms. Your focus will be on developing benchmarking mechanisms to assess category and subcategory performance, as well as reporting mechanisms to track quality performance metrics. You will collaborate with various teams to facilitate process improvements and ensure that quality standards are upheld across all channels.

You will drive activities across several stakeholder teams, ensuring that quality expectations are maintained for food and beverage products. This includes working closely with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes that align with the company's goals and customer expectations.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $80,200 and $120,400, depending on experience.
