Reliability & Maintenance Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a strong background in facility management and maintenance, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, and HMI. Your technical skills include working with VFDs, field sensors, and control cabinets, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. You are dedicated to supporting production and have a keen eye for safety and customer focus in your work.

You possess the ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, including branch circuits and lighting systems. Your expertise extends to relay logic and ladder diagrams, allowing you to work with various control components like photo eyes, motor starters, and limit switches. You are proactive in attending to maintenance calls and coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per the PPM schedule. You will handle corrective maintenance and service requests, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your responsibilities will also include minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes and equipment, as well as regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers.

You will provide daily reports on maintenance activities, including TT closures and open cases, and conduct root cause analysis when necessary. Your role will involve coordinating with agency staff and overseeing soft services activities such as pest control and housekeeping. You will also be involved in minor civil and plumbing maintenance tasks, ensuring that all aspects of facility management are covered.
